Another Saturday back up at NWK and this time it was chilly. Wealden 2s started off the day at 3°C with a very hard game against Beacons ending in a loss 69-27. Wealden 4 took a little time to settle in starting with a steady lead at half time the score didn’t reflect the turnover rate but the team built confidence and recognised their errors. Plenty of rotation and court time allowed them to chip away at their lead finishing 33-23. Wealden 3 took on a physical Xs team but came away with the win 49-42. Lastly, Wealden 1 played Eclipse Royal starting close but they managed to pull away winning 39-26.
