Wealden Regional squad took on a tough Michenden Netball Club side today. Taking the lead early on ending the first quarter 4 up. Michenden came back fighting for the next 45 minutes, with it being a draw going into the final quarter, however thanks to some cool heads under pressure the team managed to take the win 44-43. Well done to coach’s POM Kelly Flatman for her control of the circle and great shooting, and another opposition POM for our superstar Tiffany Haughton. Thanks to the opposition, supporters, umpires, scorer supreme Jackie, and as always our awesome sponsor Simon Jones Superfreight Ltd. We go into the ½ way break in the top ½ of the league!
